Today, Erev Yom Kippur, an Arab terrorist shot and murdered an Israeli father of 6 while the Jew was going to a mikvah with his oldest son to purify for the holiday.

IMHO: whatever Israel has to do to make it not worthwhile to murder Jews are steps in the right direction. With that in mind dry up completely "Pay to Slay" funding.
